Can I get a refund?

A refund is available in the following situations:

1. Order Cancellation:

(a) Within 12 hours of order placement (if the package has not yet been shipped): Full refund, no transaction fee.

(b) After 12 hours of order placement (if the package has not yet been shipped): Order can still be cancelled, but a 10% transaction fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

2. Unreceived Orders:

(a) Correct address, but package not received for an extended period: Refund will be issued after verification and approval by customer support.

(b) Missing items in a multi-item order: After verification and approval by customer support, the cost of the missing items will be refunded.

3. Issues After Receipt:

(a) Product damage: Please submit photos to customer support for verification. A refund will be issued after mutual agreement.

(b) Product defect: Please submit photos to customer support for verification. A refund will be issued after mutual agreement.

(C) Change of Mind (Product and Packaging Unused and Resaleable): Submit photos to customer support for verification. Returns/refunds will be processed upon mutual agreement.

When will I receive my refund?
