Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We offer shipping to most parts of the world. However, there are some countries we cannot ship to. This is mainly due to international embargoes or customs clearance issues. We will notify you if we are unable to ship to your area.
Where do you ship from? How long does it take to arrive?
We have warehouses in Canada, the USA, Germany, the UK, and Australia. Orders will be shipped from the warehouse closest to you. If your local warehouse is out of stock, we will arrange for shipment from another warehouse. Typical shipping times are as follows: Standard Delivery: 5-12 business days.
Express Delivery: 2-5 business days (additional fee of $19.99 applies).

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email after your order is shipped.
Will I be charged taxes or import fees?

Which courier companies will be used for delivery?

Why is my order delayed?
We strive to deliver your order within the standard timeframe, but sometimes delays can occur due to uncontrollable factors. If this happens, we will try our best to notify you in advance. If you haven't received any updates and your order is delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and keep you informed. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're always here to help!
My package has been shipped, but I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
We sincerely apologize, but once a package is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. We recommend: Closely track your package using the provided tracking link or tracking number.
Contact the courier company directly for further assistance—they may be able to reroute your package.
My tracking information shows it's delivered, but I haven't received it!
We completely understand how frustrating this is! Before contacting us, please check your home carefully and ask family members or neighbors—sometimes packages are received by someone else and then accidentally left aside.

One item is missing from my order—what should I do?

Splitting shipments: To expedite delivery, your order may have been split into multiple packages. Please check your email for individual tracking updates.
Confirming missing items: If we confirm the item has not been shipped, we will ship it immediately.
